Pattern conveyor belts are mainly divided into: herringbone pattern conveyor belt, strip pattern conveyor belt, granular pattern conveyor belt, herringbone pattern conveyor belt, diamond pattern conveyor belt, cross pattern conveyor belt, mesh pattern conveyor belt, Inverted triangle pattern conveyor belt, zigzag pattern conveyor belt, diamond check pattern conveyor belt, washboard pattern conveyor belt, straight pattern conveyor belt, etc.

The pattern conveyor belt is composed of a belt body and a pattern part. Due to the different materials transported and the inclination angle of the conveyor, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern are required to be different.

1.Herringbone pattern

Features: There is a "herringbone" pattern on the belt surface that is higher than the belt body. The pattern can be open or closed. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.

Purpose: Suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small materials with an inclination angle of ≤40 degrees, and can also convey bagged materials.

2.Striped pattern

Features: There are striped patterns on the surface of the belt that are higher than the belt body. The patterns are divided into three types: high, medium and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms according to the arrangement spacing.

Purpose: Suitable for horizontal transportation of packaging materials with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. If it is grooved, it can replace the herringbone pattern.

3.Grainy pattern

Features: There are granular patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body or concavely embedded in the belt body. The pits can also be made into square holes, prisms and cloth patterns.

Purpose: The convex grain pattern is suitable for soft packaging or material conveying that requires grip (such as cardboard boxes) or non-slip conveying.

The pit-shaped granular pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials with an inclination angle of ≤45 degrees.

4.scalloped pattern

Features: There are semi-fan-shaped (or 1/4-circle) patterns on the belt surface. When the tape is grooved, the pattern merges into a fan shape (or semicircle), which is a high pattern type.

Purpose: Suitable for conveying powder, granular and block materials at a large inclination angle of ≤60 degrees.

Patterned conveyor belts have the characteristics of wide application range, small footprint, no transfer points, reduced civil construction investment, low maintenance costs, and large transportation capacity. It is widely used in coal, mining, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, food and other fields to transport materials.
