Industrial Conveyor Belt pollution cleaning

First, check whether the industrial belts used by the customers can be cleaned.

1. Observe whether the industrial belt is running correctly.

2. Check the position of the pressure device.

The settings of the pressure device are divided into the following types:

a. When the pressure device is located at 1\3, the original pressure value + 2 should be set;

b. When the position of the pressure device is at the 2\3 or 1\2 value, the pressure value is set to the original pressure value.

3. Detect the usage of industrial belts.

a. Against the running direction of the industrial belt, touch the fibers on the surface with your hands to determine whether they are worn.

b. Measure the thickness of industrial belts.

c. Test the hardness of rubber roller rubber. (Whether the thickness of both sides of the industrial belt is the same)

When the hardness of the rubber roller is between 7.2 and 8.5, it can be determined that the rubber of the rubber roller is normal.When the rubber hardness of the rubber roller exceeds 8.5, it is recommended that the customer re-cover the rubber.

Based on the above information, you can determine whether the industrial belt can be cleaned.

Secondly, make sure the industrial belt can be washed. Follow the steps;

1. Turn off the steam valve and adjust the pressure according to the position of the tensioning device.

2. Wrap mechanical and electrical equipment in plastic.

3. Connect the device. Connect the cleaning machine to 220v AC power.

4. Soak the industrial belt. (The purpose of this is to allow the industrial belt to better absorb the cleaning solution and clean it cleaner.

5. Mix the cleaning solution and water at a ratio of 1:10 and stir evenly.

6. Use a spray gun to spray the cleaning solution evenly on the industrial belt.

Notice：

a. Do not use excessive force on the reinforced edge of the industrial belt to avoid damaging the industrial belt.

b. The flushing gun should be swept once and do not rinse repeatedly.

7.Rinse with clean water. Be careful at this time so that the industrial belt will be clean.

Then comes drying：

1. Let the machine run slowly and do not heat it at this time.

2. Adjust the pressure device. (Because industrial belts will shrink when exposed to water, increasing pressure can pull the industrial belts to their original length.)

3. After the machine has been running for 90 minutes, increase the speed of the machine and observe the industrial belt at any time to avoid deviation.For example, when an industrial belt runs off track, it can be divided into the following two situations：

a. When the industrial belt runs to the right, the industrial belt can contact the roller on the left first.

b. When the industrial belt runs to the right, let the industrial belt contact the roller on the right side first.

4. After the industrial belt is running normally, there is an air pipe to wash away the dirt on the large line, especially the dirt on the heating plate, to avoid sticking to the industrial belt again.

The cleaning work is completed. Clean the site, organize tools, and check whether the tools are complete to avoid delaying the next work.
