1. Add adhesive

Timing Belt with adhesive refers to covering a layer of rubber on the back of the timing belt, or using seamless integrated vulcanization on the synchronous bottom belt. The main raw material of the rubber layer is chloroprene, which has good tensile properties and dynamic fatigue properties. At the same time It also has good aging resistance, oil resistance, flame retardancy and other properties. It can withstand temperatures of -40~+80℃ (the highest instantaneous temperature is 100℃). It can effectively increase friction and be more resistant to high temperatures. Rubber has excellent elasticity and can improve the life of the timing belt.

 

Used in a variety of conveying applications, such as: glass manufacturing, ceramic industry, paper industry, wood processing, labeling and packaging equipment, etc.

 

2. Drill holes

Generally, the purpose of drilling holes in the timing belt is:

1) Suction air, so that the products transported on it can be close to the surface of the Conveyor Belt, so that the transportation can be carried out normally and orderly;

 

2) To install accessories, drill countersunk holes and through holes on the material conveyor belt, and install screws when installing the fixture. The bottom of the screw can be set in the countersunk hole, so that the fixture can be installed without affecting the use of the belt;

 

3) Drainage function: through holes are drilled on the material conveyor belt to allow water on the belt to drain away when cleaning products are conveyed;

 

4) Precise positioning function: Precise positioning holes on the material conveyor belt along the horizontal or vertical direction can be used for precise transmission or installation of accessories.

 

Common hole shapes include: round, square, conical, oval, and customized according to customer requirements.
