What is the difference between rubber timing belt and PE?

1. Different materials: Rubber Timing Belt use neoprene or nitrile rubber, and PE Timing Belt use thermoplastic polyethylene.

2. Different hardnesses: rubber timing belt is relatively soft (about 65 degrees Shore), and PE timing belt is slightly harder (usually 92 degrees Shore).

3. Different uses: Rubber timing belts are widely used, while PE timing belts have certain limitations.

4. Different production processes: The production process of rubber timing belts is relatively complicated, including rubber mixing, kneading, vulcanization, etc., while the process of PE timing belt is relatively simple.

5. Different material properties: PE timing belts are more resistant to corrosion, acid and alkali and other chemicals than rubber timing belts, are resistant to low temperatures, have better chemical stability, and have excellent electrical insulation!
