Conveyor belts are widely used in the coal mining industry.
There are three main types of coal mine belts: scraper belts, squeeze belts and strapping belts.
1. Scraper belt A scraper belt is a belt conveyor made of rubber and metal plates. The scraper belt is characterized by its simple structure, small bevel angle, and ability to adapt to bending conditions with large arc radius. It is suitable for industrial production such as coal mines where heavy-load and long-distance materials need to be transported. At the same time, the scraper belt can use multiple belts for combined transportation to improve transportation efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
2. Squeeze belt The extruded belt is a belt that can be completely enclosed for conveying. It uses an overlapping method between the extruded tape and the conveying road surface to achieve dustproof, waterproof and thermal insulation effects. Extrusion belts are mainly used in conveying systems in coal mines, electric power, steel and other industries. They have the advantages of extending service life and reducing environmental pollution.
