1. Timing belt, also known as toothed belt and synchronous belt, has slip-free characteristics. It is based on steel wire or fiberglass and wrapped with polyurethane or neoprene to form a ring structure. The inner circumference of the belt is finely crafted into teeth, which mesh perfectly with the belt pulley, ensuring that there is no relative slippage between the belt and the pulley during the transmission process, making the transmission ratio stable and accurate. The transmission efficiency of the timing belt is as high as 98%, the linear speed can reach 40m/s, the pulling force is strong, energy-saving and efficient, and it is especially suitable for high-power scenarios. It also has the advantages of smooth operation and no noise interference.
 
2. Timing belt pulley is made of steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, brass and other materials, with various inner hole designs, including round holes, D-shaped holes and tapered holes. It consists of a closed annular tape and a pulley. The inner circumference of the belt is evenly provided with teeth. This transmission method can accurately determine the center distance and module based on transmission power, speed, transmission ratio and other conditions to achieve efficient and stable transmission.
